We hope everyone enjoyed the 2011 Access Symposium sessions!
May 3, 2011 Mayfield Inn & Suites, Edmonton
Alberta-North has provided training opportunities for its coordinators since the late 1990s. In 2004, Alberta-North held the first Access Symposium, an event which has since become an annual forum for inter-institutional debate and collaboration. The symposium has evolved from a professional development opportunity for coordinators and staff members to a multi-level exchange among partners. Delegates include coordinators, managers, Alberta-North committee members, other local staff members and delegates from other institutions. This year’s program contained several pre-event online sessions, was transmitted live from the Mayfield Inn on May 3, and included post-event online sessions as well.
